Introduction
Jump on the bandwagon and throw away that watering can to grow your plants hassle-free, with the Origin Drip Irrigation System from Global Air Supplies. The UK’s most popular watering method helps you grow your cuttings fresh from propagation, to produce the thickest roots and brightest blooms, all while you continue living your best life!
How It Works
All Origin irrigation systems regardless of size, work in exactly the same way. Nutrient solution in the base tank is fed through a drip pipe into the pots and onto your plant cuttings. This is oxygenated by the pump and any run-off is recycled straight back into the tank. This process repeats over and over again, ensuring your plants receive the right amount of nutrients in which to grow.

Tips & Maintenance
Use the correct dripper. The Blue flood dripper, which pumps water at a faster rate of 40L per hour, is ideal for the clay pebbles media. The Black arrow drippers, which has a slower flow rate of 2L per hour is ideal for soil, mixed media and grow cubes. Set the timer accordingly to which dripper you choose, so just enough nutrients reach the plants without flooding them. The black arrow drip method is ideal for beginners and ensures only 2L per hour maximum will be distributed around the irrigation system on the timer.
Pull out the red cap to check the nutrient strength. This should be between 5.8-6.2 EC (Electrical Conductivity) a unit which measures the total salts concentration in nutrient solution. This is done using an EC meter, which is available to buy here.
Clean the drip pipes and pots with Pure Clean to prevent blockages.
Drain the system of water simply by attaching a hosepipe to the pump. Refill the tank with fresh nutrient solution. Manually switch on the pump for a couple of minutes using the tap on the system to ensure the nutrients are mixed evenly.
The Origin Drip Irrigation System from Global Air Supplies is a simple, clean and environmentally friendly way to grow you plants. You’ll never need a watering can ever again!
